Dear Valued Customer:<\/p>\n

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Paradise Grills is conducting a Voluntary Safety Recall of all Paradise Grills First Generation Outdoor Kitchens with\u00a0grills powered by Liquid Propane (LP) Gas<\/strong>. The gas can accumulate inside the closed lid and cabinets, causing an explosion when the user relights the grill, posing fire and burn hazards to the user.<\/p>\n

These Outdoor Kitchens were sold from January 2009 through December 2020.\u00a0 Our records indicate that you purchased one of them.<\/p>\n

What will firm do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled grills and contact Paradise Grills to receive a new 16\u201dx 4\u201d aluminum vent to be installed on the First Generation Outdoor Kitchen.<\/p>\n

Consumers located in Florida, Texas, Georgia and Alabama should immediately contact Paradise Grills to schedule a date for completion of their free repair.\u00a0 This includes labor and a new vent.<\/p>\n

Consumers located in all other states should immediately contact Paradise Grills to receive free shipment of the vent, installation instructions, and reimbursement for the installation cost by a qualified professional or technician. The firm will require a copy of the installer\u2019s invoice or billing statement (marked \u201cPAID\u201d)\u00a0 for the installation service.\u00a0 Paradise Grills is contacting all known purchasers directly.<\/p>\n

What do we need you to do?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1.<\/strong>\u00a0 We are asking all consumers to stop using the grill and wait for the repair.\u00a0 Please stop go to step 2.<\/p>\n

However, if you opt to use it, always be sure to open the grill\u2019s lid and the access doors directly underneath the grill and leave the access doors open at all times while the grill is in use. After attempting to light the grill, if you do not detect heat after 30 seconds, turn off the burner ignition knobs and gas supply and let any built-up gas dissipate for at least ten (10) minutes before trying to light it again.<\/p>\n
